The CNC forging manipulator is used in conjunction with a forging hydraulic press, mainly for holding shaft-type forgings and billets, and performing forging operations. This manipulator adopts a fully hydraulic drive and a wall-panel structure design, ensuring high strength and stability. The machine body is composed of a sturdy frame and laterally connected side panels, equipped with a clamping mechanism with jaw rotation function, enabling precise control of the forging movement. All movements are driven by an independent hydraulic system and accumulator, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.
The CNC forging manipulator can move precisely along three axes, including horizontal, vertical tilt, and longitudinal rotation, and its movement speed can be adjusted stepwise. The manipulator supports three working modes: manual, semi-automatic, and automatic. Through a digital interface integrated with the main forging machine (hydraulic press or forging hammer), it achieves accurate forging control. In automatic mode, the manipulator executes preset steps based on the pulse signals from the forging hydraulic press, with all operations controlled by a PLC system, ensuring efficient and precise operation.
This forging manipulator significantly improves production efficiency and forging quality, reduces labor intensity for workers, and advances the mechanization of forging production.
