Our annual output of forged parts exceeds 45,000 tons. Our clients span a wide range of sectors including chemical engineering, shipbuilding, aerospace, petroleum machinery and more.

III. Complete Forging Processing Equipment & Exquisite Craftsmanship
We house a 3,000-ton hydraulic press and multiple electro-hydraulic hammers of various specifications, paired with matching handling manipulators and feeding/unloading machines. We are capable of producing forged workpieces of diverse materials, ranging from several kilograms up to 10 tons per single piece.
We adopt natural gas heating furnaces featuring precise temperature control and uniform heating performance. All technical indicators of our forged products meet national and industrial standards, delivering stable quality and compliant energy consumption.
To support post-forging treatment procedures, we are equipped with 6 medium and high-temperature electric furnaces, thermal insulation boxes with a total volume of hundreds of cubic meters, as well as cooling water tanks of varying sizes with a combined volume of hundreds of cubic meters.
